Return Window
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown by carrier tracking.
Return Eligibility
Regular products are eligible for return. Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase will clearly display this designation on the product page.
To qualify for a return, regular products must be unused and in original condition. You must return them with original packaging and all tags attached. You must provide your order number as proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale on the product page
- Items marked as Clearance on the product page
How to Start a Return
Email info@volcom.sbs with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason for the return. If you are returning items due to damage, a defect, or a wrong item, attach clear photos.
Do not ship items before receiving return instructions. Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization or sent to an incorrect address.
Return Shipping Cost
volcom pays return shipping for all eligible returns.
If you are returning items because they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label after we confirm the issue.
If you are returning items for any other reason, we also pay the return shipping cost.
No restocking fees apply to any return.
Partial Refunds
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria (for example, used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts), we may issue a partial refund. We will notify you of the reason for any partial refund.
Refund Timing
After we receive your return, we inspect the items within 1 to 2 business days. We approve refunds within one business day of completing the inspection.
We issue refunds to the original payment method you used at checkout.
Your financial institution may require an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Because all orders receive free shipping, no outbound shipping fee is refunded.
Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package returns to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because you refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any carrier return fees incurred may be deducted from refunds when applicable.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, contact us. Exchanges depend on whether the item is available. When the item you want is not available for exchange, we process a refund instead.
